Shipping Policy

We strive to ship your product orders within 2 business days of receiving your order. We will contact you if an order is out of stock or if there is an issue with your order. Orders can be delivered within Canada only at the present time. All products ordered from the Wooftown Dog Co. Ltd. from all provinces in Canada will receive flat rate shipping of $5.99 on each order if ordered from any province in Canada with the exception of the Yukon and the Northwest Territories. All items purchased from Wooftown.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
